As per the city and location, in my opinion costly.
Except the booking charges , I have paid 1000+gst for pre arrival and approx 800/- for my daughter (10 years). I have paid extra 1. Early arrival fee 1000/-+gst 2. One child 10 years 800/-approx.

The hotel is very nice in terms of cleaniliness, food, the service staff, the front desk staff. The roof top restaurent is awesome. I strongly recommend for those looking for hotels in that price range in jagdalpur.

Restaurant service is tooo late. Break fast is not good
soloHotel is little bit costly - restaurant and morning breakfast service is very bad. Need to improve on service part

Poor Stay
Bathroom drain very bad water clogging. Shower position very inconvenient

Room was clean & excellent. The behaviour of the staff was cordial & always helpful. The billing process was quick. The food was very good.

Ok stay but not worth for the price quoted!
Lounge was maintained very well. Lifts not working properly. Average food vs very high price. Overall ok stay but not worth the price i paid for. Breakfast is good but very limited.

Room quality was good. Everything including the bathroom was super clean. Though prices are slightly costlier, food served is delicious. Highly recommended

Poor Stay
The approach of front office was not good. Initially they gave a lower category room and after some enquiry and questioning they gave the room we booked, similarly while checking out they added the room rent which was already paid through mmt. So you have to be vigilant. The location of the hotel is ok and few car parking are available. Room size is ok but bathroom is small and causes in convenience. Quality and variety of the food is poor. Bed linen and towels are pale being very old.

Great stay in jagdalpur
coupleGreat stay for 2 nights. The property has nice ambience, decor and cleanliness. The room sizes are decent, washrooms are clean with modern fittings. The staff is humble and take care. Liked the rooftop restaurant.

Top notch service
The rooms are neatly maintained. Food is amazing. Service was top notch. Whatever additional things we needed, they provided immediately.

Good Stay
New hotel, much better than the other hotels in the city. Few points to work on: -in room dining has no nonveg options - towel rack in the washroom is too high to reach - ac control is also at an abnormal height the staff are courteous and greet you with a smile.
