I made a booking through online, first time I have stayed in this property. greenery surroundings of are good need to improvise the rooms in terms of cleaning and check hygiene of bedsheet & towels before alloting room to customer. i am expectecting to reach this standards in upcoming stay, thanks!

Stay was good. but there was an issue with the bathroom tap, refrigerator was not working and wifi was not working on the last day

The decor is really good, and the vibes are a big plus. The room lighting is a bit odd, and they don't have white lights. The restaurant food is really good, but the morning breakfast buffet wasn't that great, but it wasn't bad, though. There was an issue with hygiene, too, because both me and my brother had itching after waking up in the morning.

if you are looking to stay in jagdalpur then it is the best place to stay, near the airport as well and a well organized resort. one of the best resorts for me.

I visited with my family, rooms are well but the services like providing drinking water and tea is poor. Also the amenities mentioned like gym, game zone are not even constructed. Instead of that we asked for bonfire in winters so they asked for extra charges for that even we have two days stay. Not a single resort i have seen who take charges that too 500- for bonfire. Its a basic need in winters. To the hotel manager, if you are so accurate for the bonfire charges than pols provide all the amenities too which you have written in resort description. No privacy and safety at all, local people too visit that resort and roam outside your room, and create alot of noise outside your rooms late night.

Beautiful stay, nice huts there, very beautiful hotel with unique ambience. I found from make my trip, food, amenities & services are good. If i go again jagdalpur, i again stay in champa bag.

Great location in terms of airport distance and the property is lush green with various fruits trees and a hospitable environment. The positives of the place outweighs the negative hence i'd rather not mention those.

one of the best stay in koraput jagdalpur your trip. Room was super clean and tidy. All the necessary amenities were given . TV with internet connection . Veg restaurant served delicious food and average cost. Ambience and evening vibe was top notch. Definitely worth every penny. Service and humility was way better than any place in Koraput.
