Shanvis Resort and Restaurant

The resort is set in a peaceful location away from the city(keep it in mind), making it perfect for relaxation. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, adding a lot to the overall experience. The rooms are comfortable, and it’s clear that cleanliness and maintenance are prioritized throughout the property, making for a pleasant and refreshing stay

Overall it's a good experience and wonderful stay at Shanvis Kids enjoyed a lot in Swimming pool which is clean and tidy Staff Good premises clean Food Quality Good

The quality of the bed was very bad, room service was not good, the taste of the food was also average

The resort is very far away from the city jagdalpur that was the only disadvantage of the resort. Apart from that the hotel staff and premises are very good and the food quality is again awesome.

Too costly with zero service. Super dirty swimming pool, staff being rude, food quality is very very bad. Room is dirty with spider web in bathroom and in toom. Tea bags stuck in room walls. No cleaning at all. Don't book this resort it's not worth of money

The hotel location is very far from the centre almost 25kms. Completely secluded location & very risky to approach the location after 8pm. Rooms are average & stinky. Overall not good experience

Veg food, room service and staff are good. Inside the rooms painting is horrible, outside room painting and nearby areas looks like kinder garden overall aura distorted by the room painting.

Rooms are very apt for the price, polite attitude of workers, food is excellent, pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness and ambience is very good only shortcome is heat water, ofcourse arranged manually.

Rooms are spacious (three bedded. However, housekeeping is poor. Geyser were not working in our bathrooms during our stay of 2 days. Showers and flush do not have any pressure. Stool not provided in bathroom. Attention not paid to small details like keeping cups and spoons with kettle for tea and coffee. Amenities like swimming pool, snooker game were shown as chargeable even for guests staying in resort but later they didn't charge. They do not even carry luggage to your room and back to car while checking out. Food quality is ok. Overall much scope for improvement and just below average experience.

This place is well versed with all features but u will find hardly anyone to talk to them. No network for air-tel and jio is having proper connection, no wifi service available, it's pure vegetarian so no nonveg available, however they served some good veg food and prices were good. If u are booking this hotel first call them and ask to share location as we were wrongly routed as per google maps later they said it's wrongly updated 13km is the difference.
