The toilet wasn't clean, it was stinky...the door knob was damaged, the fan was making too much noise, and the whole room was smelling bad.

Location is very good. Room service and other is not bad but the room has no windows. Ac, fan, light and ex host are also good.

terrible situation. behavior cooperation attendence cleanliness,insssects,dirty unhealthy. overall service nil.without light to stay.

Hotel Laxmi Palace Jagdalpur location is great. market in walking distance. SBI ATM you can see from hotel. Tea stall in front of hotel. auto or any transport vehicle you can get easily. hotel room ok. but no lift or wifi not working in room. no dining but you can order food via zomato.

Room was good. And it's in a proper location. I find this hotel throug make my trip. I didn't take any food from this hotel.

Room interior is ok. Washroom are average. Room service not working. Bedsheets and blankets are not clean, very dusty.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Firstly, the ventilation was extremely poor, making the rooms feel stuffy and uncomfortable. There was also no proper parking facility, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The cleanliness was below standard—the bedsheets were not cleaned properly, and the bed itself was in very bad condition, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the washroom was old and poorly maintained, adding to the discomfort. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed and improvements are made.

excellent accomodation at this location, at this price. hotel is in main road, with space for parking. they don't have restaurant but veg thali restaurant is just in front of hotel. staff is trained and helpful. rooms are good with new furnitures and fixtures. overall superb at this price. thanks MMT.

hospitality was good and decent ambience. Receiving the customer was outstanding and I will refer this hotel to my friends and family members too.

The location is good, hotel stuffs are very helpful, we reached the hotel at 6a. M, but booking time was from 2 p. M. But they welcome us give us room, without any extra charge. Overall budget hotel. Very nice.

The hospitality was a good one. There were some parking space issues but overall a good experience.

Location is the best advantage of it. Amenities and services could be better. Rooms could be kept more clean and bedsheets, pillows should be changed more frequently.

Compact room, mattress is sponge type, back pain, geaser didn't find. But polite staff.

The stay was comfortable and the staffs were friendly and supportive. They even provided us early checkin without any additional charges

Toilet was not clean properly and there is no ventilation in toilet as well as in room. Though ac has been provided in the room, even after that room is suffocating. Bed sheet are full of spots and holes in many places. Room cleaning service was not provided in between check in and check out.

The location is perfect, and the room conditions are really good there is a lot of options in and around this area and do not need to take any kind of transportation for that, but regarding the prices they got, bit greedy i believe as i am a tourist there. As when i wanted to extend my stay for 5 to 6 hours more, they are asking me more than half which is equivalent to 75% of the room fee, which they are quoting off-line. That means i have paid 1700- for a 3 person room and they’re asking me 1500- for extra five hours for the same day, as that was my engagement day and it became a bit late than expected, however, the price was too expensive, so i did not stay, so i felt it is completely unfair and greedy and management needs to adhere to the prices. What the customer have paid to stay there. Not what they feel like to quote. There needs to be some adulteration in the management side to overcome this issue as i don’t think the main people might have known because the owner named as goldie bhai very kind person who is 60 years old and been in this industry for 40 years and he knows what customers actually need and he delivers it, but he cannot be all the time around. So some of the employees are miss using that goodwill and name of it and trying to make some money out of it and that’s what i felt at the end.

The location of the hotel is good. Rooms are okay but there is a evident lack of maintenance in the hotel which needs to be improved.
