I have no room there

no facility ...bathroom and room both are poor condition so I will give half star

Property is very old and bathroom is not clean enough. Not recommended for family but staff is very cooperative.

This hotel to small. Room small average facility available. No food available no geyser, no telephone. All about hotel is average.

Very bad, its not hotel. Its dharamshala. Feedback are as under: 1. We got single bed instead of double. 2. Documentation part so harreshing. 3. Food services not upto the level. 4. Staff behavior so rude and less supportive and told talk to make my trip if any wrong. 5. How we can relax and make study because we went there for examination. Note: we'll keep our mind in future that make my trip is not a satisfactory / trust-able plateform for such services.

Rooms is ok ok, fare kama h isliye facility kama hai. Puran building lagti hai.

Clean room. Polite staff. But washroom was not good.

The bathroom and toilet is common for all. Although for standard room you get an attached bathroom, the water supply is not good. Lot of calcium. I realised after bathing. The rooms are not airy. No windows. You might feel suffocated after sometime. Tea and breakfast is available only after 9am. They don't accept your request for late check out but one good thing is that they have lockers so if you need to be in town for a few more hours after check out time you can put your stuff there hassle free. Another good thing is that even though it feels like a waiting room instead of hotel, they are strict about some things so you won't get "disturbed" by couples. Property is good if you have to spend only a few hours or a day in saharanpur at a very reasonable price.

Over all good for emergency time

Nice to stay at this Hotel Hygiene, fooding, room services, staff behaviour all was excellent.

Good for business trip since stay at hotel will be short and you will save money. Hot water service was good and staff as well. Not recommended for family.

This property is near to railway Station n markets. Easily accessible food joints n eatables. Spacious room with cleanliness. Staff was mature and courteous. Overall, nice stay

Hotel is nice but some amenities like soap is missing.
Staff is good. But because of overcrowd, there is lot of noise.

The location is perfect and nearby railway station. And the hotel staff also contact if we are late That is good

Ideally located with in-house eating Good hotel at economic price best locations and cooperative staff linens cleaned and dry. Need change of towel and door mat outside bathroom

This is not good. This is not compatible with family or couple. Hotel is not provide 1 or 2 hours for extra state with fee. IT is provide hole days fee. It's is not provide 2 or 3 hours extra time with fee.

Nice room with good location. Water should be RO and also towel should be of cotton. This hotel was perfect for those moving for business or personal purpose but not for family hotel as dormitory is open.
