I booked a room for 4 people but after reaching there they asked me to pay the same amount again by giving the reason that they don't have anything called as a family room and also they can't provide me an AC room in the amount which I have already paid. they'll just ignore you by saying that "as you have booked , we can't do anything".The room, bedsheets, towels and washrooms are also very very dirty.
