Terrible Stay
Otherwise your credibility will go down. Your team should randomly check and decide. TV is out of order. Bed sheets are very bad and dirty. Towel is pathetic. Kettle is dirty. Lot of cockroaches.🪳

Terrible Stay
The hotel was pathetic and we couldn't stay in the hotel even for 5 minutes. We didn't stay at the hotel at all and left as soon as we saw multiple lizards and cockroaches crawling through the walls, floors and even worse on BEDSHEET and PILLOW. We saw 2 rooms but both were equally horrible. Cockroaches were coming out of kettle as well. Windows were kept open throughout so naturally wired bugs were also seen flying over the room. We called mmt the time stating this was not expected from mmt considering the rating provided on the platform which was good. The person said he will call back after connecting with the hotel but didn't receive any calls yet! Unfortunate..

Poor Stay
It’s a very bad experience..the hotel is a very sub standard...absolutely no cleanliness..and also the blanket and pillow covers are very dirty..the corridors were are not cleaned..the complimentary breakfast was very sub standard and serving only one item that also brought from outside..today when they served Breakfast without chutney..when I called the owner of the property.

Worst experience with hotel room quality and pathetic response from MMT.
Room was not clean, you can cockroaches inside the room and bathroom. Flush and wash wasn’t functional. Even after many complain, no response. I complain MMT but person was trying to explain to me that this is not MMT responsibility. This is pathetic as I don’t expect this kind of response from MMT.

Atleast don't go here with your family & if you don't get any other place.
Only plus point is the location. The breakfast was ordered from outside and very bad in taste. There was no TV, WiFi. The room was terribly stinky. The bed were frustrating and stinky too. AC was not working properly. There were only milk powder sachets but no kettle and cups!

I just visited this hotel previous week and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Dirty environment and rooms
Hotel entry, reception, lift and rooms are not clean . bedrolls are having stains and dirt. Bathroom taps are not working. No television only television frame is available.

Terrible Stay
I have stayed at Hotel Plaza. Some of my personal items had been stolen from here by room service boy. They didn't return this. But the owner of hotel give 50% compensation against this.

Overall stay is comfortable
Room is ok. In Breakfast only idli vada is served. There should be other options as well. Rooms were properly cleaned.
