Very poor hygiene, bedsheet and pillows are in very bad conditions. Not washed and changed after vacating last customer.

Terrible Stay
Worst property ever. Not like what they show in pics. Very dirty with cockroaches running around. The linen and sheets had yellow stains over it and when we requested a change of sheets, they said they wouldnt be able to provide it. Was waiting for the sun to rise so that we could leave the disaster of a place ASAP. I wouldnt recommend this place tomy worst enemy.

We are truly sorry to hear about the appalling conditions you encountered during your stay, especially the cleanliness issues and the presence of cockroaches. Hygiene Concern in the Room
I would like to bring to your attention a serious hygiene issue I experienced during my stay. The room had a lot of dust, and I also noticed bedbugs, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure proper cleaning and pest control measures are taken to maintain hygiene standards for guests. Not worth price, Shabby hotel
Rooms are not so clean, worn out towels and bedsheets, Bathroom is shabby, every service is expensive. Not worth for price paid, lesser tarrif hotels have better cleanliness.

Terrible Stay
Otherwise your credibility will go down. Your team should randomly check and decide. TV is out of order. Bed sheets are very bad and dirty. Towel is pathetic. Kettle is dirty. Lot of cockroaches.🪳

Terrible Stay
The hotel was pathetic and we couldn't stay in the hotel even for 5 minutes. We didn't stay at the hotel at all and left as soon as we saw multiple lizards and cockroaches crawling through the walls, floors and even worse on BEDSHEET and PILLOW. We saw 2 rooms but both were equally horrible. Cockroaches were coming out of kettle as well. Windows were kept open throughout so naturally wired bugs were also seen flying over the room. We called mmt the time stating this was not expected from mmt considering the rating provided on the platform which was good. The person said he will call back after connecting with the hotel but didn't receive any calls yet! Unfortunate..

Poor Stay
It’s a very bad experience..the hotel is a very sub standard...absolutely no cleanliness..and also the blanket and pillow covers are very dirty..the corridors were are not cleaned..the complimentary breakfast was very sub standard and serving only one item that also brought from outside..today when they served Breakfast without chutney..when I called the owner of the property.

Worst experience with hotel room quality and pathetic response from MMT.
Room was not clean, you can cockroaches inside the room and bathroom. Flush and wash wasn’t functional. Even after many complain, no response. I complain MMT but person was trying to explain to me that this is not MMT responsibility. This is pathetic as I don’t expect this kind of response from MMT.
