Review Of Hotel Pinaki Inn

The hotel had beautiful clean rooms, the staff was very cooperative. Intercom was not working. Fan was running at full speed as the regulator was not working in 104. Had a smoke smell in 104. The glass windows were dirty outside.

The hospitality was top-notch. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

according to uploaded image room was very small and washroom was too much small .only taste of food was excellent.. but too expensive, it's too far from amarkantak... not recommended over all

Everything was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff seemed a bit disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm. While they did their job, I believe their communication skills could be improved to make interactions more pleasant. A bit more warmth and engagement from them would really enhance the guest experience. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel, hoping to see some improvement in this area.

The reception room is very nice but the tv in the room does not work and the service is very good.

The room was good. The toiletries need improvement, no kit was provided. A mini bottle was provided which didn't even serve 1 person.

No drinking water supply, no clean, food quality bad, bed sheets daily not change
