10 out of 10 for cleanliness, politeness, supportive attitude and helpful nature. Delicious food from its sky dine restaurant. Appreciate hotel management for keeping maximum ladies staff who manage and operate well. However hotel didn’t provide pickup or drop and shaving kit / toothbrush kit; we are satisfied and happy staying in hotel Temple Tree in pendra road. Done

Bathroom is dirty , and rest are good

The hotel is close to railway station and easy to spot. Food was of good quality, taste and variety. Other amenities of the hotel are excellent. Room service and staff is humble and responsive.

no utility, room for 2 but given utility for 1, i asked but they denied, bathroom was used by staff... then handed to us .. no hygienic strip was on comod, tv wasn't working.

Average hotel.. infrastructure is good but not maintained properly. Mosquito problem in hotel. TV and WIFI was also not working properly. But yes taste of food was good

hotel is only about 10-15 min. walk away from the railway station so it was very easy to reach, the food was also not bad, but the service is average the staff takes too long to complete any task which is asked by the guest

There was mosquito problem in the room, we booked garden view room but the room was small room, with no view.

Rooms are very good and the restaurant is also is very good and the staffs are very cooperative and well behaved

Property is good, food is also good. Bathroom was not cleaned property and staff need improvement in there behaviour they should have more welcoming approach towards customer. Overall experience is ok but not very good.

Overall hotel experience is amazing the rooms are clean and service is good. But the dinning experience is worst and you need to wait 30mins for a single cup of tea even the staff is not good and corporative.
