Staff is very good, all the facility is awesome and stay is very comfortable.

Room location is on the way so keep out easily and bring it . Room cleanliness is very good, staff is also very good. Save money in this period and enjoy the adventure. Room service is excellent at the time of order. Room size very large and comfortable with me

Rooms are old and not well maintained. The service and staff are very friendly and eager to help in every aspect. Food is decent and reasonably priced. Located near the station and easily accessible from everywhere. Good accommodation for driver.

Hotel room are massy. Poor. Room was stinking. Furniture was in bad condition, Geyser was not working. Thay sift me in another room but thats room condition was also same... I am fed up with the room of this hotel.

Location is good. Value for money is avarege. I stayed for 6 hours only. So I can't give more details don't get time to take photos. It was my social visit. I was in hurry to return to Ahmedabad. It is o. K.

Everything was good, staff are too good, location are superb according to me because it is too near from Kota junction railway station and from Nayapura bus stand. Food quality was good, and service are too quick.

I suggest Makemytrip to remove this Hotel from your listing. I will tell my friends not to book hotels through makemytrip. Very bad experience. No cleaniness, Room condition very dilapidated, dirty washroom and doubtful activities till late night. I'll think 100times before booking a hotel through makemytrip.

Have been going there frequently and the only reason is the friendly staff and the service provided. Rooms are comfy. Very approachable and parking facility. Food is amazing and value for money. Facility for driver good.

Its really pathetic room, very dirty and Toilet is very dirty worst then public toilet on Road ... And I can't explain the worst part of PHUL Plaza its like Village rooms Roof was like some blood was Vinisity ... Please refund my Amt else will Put the details on face book and Highlight MMT offers rooms like this ..

Im not happy about this of service because according make my trip profile given best service in hotel but in the realty' Room was not be cleaned and batter when stay in hotel. Hotel staff service is good.

Staff was helpful and eager to fulfil all demands that are made. Food quality was good and value for money. The room was not well maintained. The carpet was filthy and not cleaned in ages. Pop was falling off the walls. Cupboards were not cleaned. Other furniture just breaking.

I stayed in hotel during my official visit and my experience was amazing. Hotel manager and staff were very cooperative and service was excellent. Location wise it is nearby railway station and bus stand both and very peaceful. I would prefer to stay there again.

The stay was nice. Staff was good. Breakfast and Food was also great. I had stayed many times and Would love visit again and recommend it to friends. Manager may oblige you by upgrading your booking Deluxe to Suite. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Pathetic experience. They are fooling by putting A/C window in front of a cooler. Rooms quality is very poor, overall not a decent one. Though service is good but what they offer doesn't match the price window offered. Never recommend and never going to visit again.
