While the property and facilities were fine, the customer service could have been more positive.

Hotel staff and service are very good-and room is clear and balcony view is amazing food also good thanks to makemy trip

1. Extra price taken by mmt for extra person but no separate bed provided. 2. Bed and pillows were dirty. 3. Not worth of a price of 4k+

Since sissu is a cold place, hotel should have electric kettle and heavy heaters but the views are amazon

Hotel have very average rooms and facilities and should be improved by some little efforts like providing tea kit, electric kettle, bathroom consumable and fresh towels. There is a lot of scope of improvement.
