Unskilled and casual staff as well as the Management. Food quality and the kitchen was very poor.

Service was terrible, no fan in the room.poor quality of plumbing in bathroom..taps and jets were working badly. It was difficult to use jet in toilet. Breakfast was not good and dining space was very small and noisy.

Very good property, clean & nice big room. The employee are very helpful. But quality could be better ( tandoori section). Overall it's very good for stay.

Property was really good. One of the best properties in that area. There were few water leaks in the bathroom which if looked upon will definitely give much greater experience. I also also understand that extreme weather conditions makes it difficult to do these fixes at times

Bathroom was a mess. The pipe below the washbasin was leaking. The bathing area was ridiculously small and weirdly designed. Food was very bad, also the guy handling the reception was not so accommodating

I booked a room in the hotel (the Bulevar- whispering willows) for two days...... 25th and 26th Of Decemeber 2024, But there was snowfall started in Manali and Atal Tunnel was closed on 24th Dec 2024 and when I reached Manali by Volvo.... Bus Marshall told me that Bus will not go beyond Manali and Only 4X4 vehicles were allowed to enter Atal Tunnel.... And the main thing is 4x4 vehicles were asking ₹8500/- just to reach Sissu from Manali.. And when i called Hotel, they replied that you have to come on your own.. We cant provide you any conveyance to reach our hotel.... So it doesn't make any sense that I spend ₹8500 just to reach hotel and ₹8500 to come back to Manali.... And When I asked for refund.. They simply said.. Sir, that's not in our policy.. Which means IT'S SIMPLY JUST A SCAM.....

Very bad news experience, there is a smell in some, and flush is not working, toilteries like soap, towel is not available after asking, heater is not working,

Excellent stay. The staff is humble. Food is good. Rooms & washrooms are also good except for the side desk which is hanging in the air, which may fall any time.

The bulevar - whispering willows lahaul : most probably they are new property. The rooms are good and spacious. Manpower issue is there, therefore delay in service is a definite issue. Menu cards may show you so many things but in reality they can't provide what they promised in the menu card (may be again man power issue. But instead of all, their effort for making it good is honest as far as so. Hotel business related to the tourism industry is a bit of a competitive area and therefore they need continuous and innovative upliftment of their service. Hope for the best in the future.

It was a perfect stay. The property was good and at a great location also the staff and the food was worth it. The services were good and the staff was helpful. You must visit this property

The location is easily accessible and the food is very good and didn’t expect such a nice meal. Ambience and staff behaviour is excellent.

The property is at a good location in sissu overlooking the snow terrain. The cleanliness was an issue and the room, bedsheets, side tables were not clean at all. The geyser was not functional. The food was good, a bit costly for the quality.

Given the town & the price we paid, the hotel is amazing and value for money. The service & hospitality is amazing. The preparation of food needs to be better. Balcony rooms doesn't guarantee uninterrupted views of the snowclad ranges.

The Rooms were well appointed. Food was awesome specially the soup and parathe…. Chai was awesome too
