Very worst experience, pls don't stay here no parking, no lift, no cleanness, photo vs reality is totally different, location is very horrible

Room was not clean, door lock was broken, wallpaper were dirty

The place was a little hard to find, not on main road, but display at the side of road helped. The staff was brilliant, full stars to them, hygiene was good but could be improved as i found a bug in bed, used dishes were just lying on tables in corridor! ac flap was broken so had to deal with either too cold or no ac, so that, staff helped in early checkout and keeping the luggage safe as 2 hours late check up will take charges of whole day. Overall it was a good experience

Hotel parque inn is situated near benares railway station (bsbs. Our stay there was very comfortable. Clean airy room with all necessary facilities was available. Hotel staff were very gentle and supportive. We recommend travellers to stay there during their short trip to varanasi.
