Denied for breakfast, room was dirty, washroom was in pathetic condition, didnt provide mineral water bottle,

My booking including breakfast but not kichin in this hotel

Room very bad. Blanket dirty. Chair dirty. Washroom dirty

Room condition is not ok, No Properly hot water, no room Heater,no staff. 🤢

There is no electricity in bathroom and no cleanliness in room also. Basics thing in the bathroom like bucket and mug was too dirty.

Staff was good but parking issue and no intercom available in room. Room was not so good. I have no image

The rooms were very dirty and the overall environment was very unpleasant had to check out after 1 day and move to another property.

The location of the hotel is terrible with no lift and no room service except for tea. Which again was terrible. The staff was untrained and the area was noisy and little unsafe. Though the staff was friendly and courteous. Hot water is a problem and no nearby food joints because hotel does not provide you with food. One has to travel around 2-3 kms to get decent food. Overall not a very pleasant experience though the rooms from inside were quite clean.

Every thing is ok but service is good

This is not hotel,only simple room locate at 2nd floor at top of market without lift, no common room, no arrangement for food, no parking.

Hotel is located at near Bijnor bus stand, good neat and clean but no restaurant in Hotel so not write place for family to stay for business purpose no problem

Good hotel, cooperative and well behaviour, best service and the room well cleaned and suitable

Every thing is ok but ac was not working. I used room heater to maintain temperature. No food service there. Vehicle parking is not available. Behaviour was good.
