it was a very nice stay here ,best in bijnor,the best thing is it's view and outdoors

Room services and catering are poor

Bahut hi ganda aur disappointing anubhav raha. Hamne is hotel me paratha order kiya tha, lekin usme ! Ye sirf ghinona hi nahi, balki health khumein afsos hua ki humne yahaan khana khaya. Sabse shocking baat to tab hui jab jis parathe me us parathe ke bhi paise bill me jod diye gaye! Jab humne is par objection kiya, to staff ne kaha: "Thoda hi to bacha tha aapka paratha!" Matlab, khud ki galti maanne ke bajay, ulta humein hi doshi bana diya gaya. Aisi jagah par koi insaan dobara khana khana nahi chahega. Na safai ka dhyan hai, na customer respect ka. Main kisi ko bhi yahaan khana khane ki salah nahi dunga. Kripya sudhaar karein warna aise experiences aapka naam kharab kar denge. Bahut hi ganda aur disappointing anubhav raha. I have visited 2-3 times but every time service getting bad suggestions also given but not implemented

Got room after 2 pm no phone in room for room service u need to go to reception for even asking for water no water in bathroom

This hotel is not having basic amenities like phone in room to connect reception, kettle in room, 2 towels in room, hand towel in room, dental kit, shaving kit, staff at night is rude and not listening anything. Only rooms are good with good bed and ac. Rest all need to improve. Tv without cable. No stub connection

Very bad service, no breakfast, no shower kit, shower was not working.

Tap of basin was broken, water in morning stopped coming in taps, frequent and multiple power failure, no power back up, ac not properly working, no proper cooling in the room, towels dirty, no additional blankets

Hi the cleanliness of the room is one of the major issues. 1. No senetisation was performed after the previous guest. The garbage, disposable cups, spider nets and water bottle were there. After highlighting this issue the floor was cleaned but the bed sheets and blankets were not. They were still having foul smells with spider nets on walls. 2. The washroom was second pain area-blocked drain, unavailability of water, no availability of bathroom kits, no lock on the bathroom door are the issues we faced. After highlighting they have made temporary arrangements for bathroom lock, water and also cleaned the drain. But the kits were not available with them. They have only soap and dirty towels. 3. No restorent or foods available in the hotel. For the food we need to travel for 1. 5 km. The restaurant was booked for marriage. 4. Poor speed of wifi. 5. The lock of the door at balcony was also not working which they have also addressed temporarily after highlighting. 5. No extensions or phone is available at the hotel to communicate with room service or reception. The boy at reception has given his mobile number which was not 100% available. To reach him we need to call twice or thrice. The escalation number of manager (tammy) was also not available as he was on leave. 6) no covered parking was provided for the four wheelers. 7) mineral water was chargeable but no reciepts were handed over. Facilities were not good like breakfast time 12noon. Water in toilets most of the time not available. Hospitality was not good

Staff behaviour good property good

Nice property and maintained.

Dirty rooms but good staff. No cares about guests.

Staff is not good, only location is very good. Average food & bit expensive according to city. Love only greenery of hotel otherwise everything is below the average.
Staff is illiterate, don’t no how to deal with guests, bed sheet were old & rooms wall having full of moisture which creates smells. Tea was very bad even they tried to make it thrice. Hotel is very expensive also according to the city and facilities provided. I will not recommend to anyone.

Mask not wear staff and food very poor

Everything is ok, food is good.

Not good service available and not way of talking, good staff. Again I will not stay in kanha hotel.
Not good experience for stay with family.
