Review Of Hotel Parbati Palace

The location of the hotel is good but the rooms lack maintenance. The staff are friendly and the manager has informed me earlier only that don't expect a luxury room.

Room is not good dirty mattress charge high amount than booking amount

I have reached at hotel & the hotel owner given the room is too bad not hygiene, no room service available, power cut in the night, if you complaint about it he misbehaved with us. This image of room after power cut in night.

Furnitures were broken, drawers were without handle. Poor condition of basin in bathroom. Sweeping and cleaning not done properly. Behavior is good.

Out of 10 I give ( -100 . Very dirty hotel. washroom to bed room all over places big rats are hover around. Specially the washroom worse to see old dirty latrine. Tap water shower both are not working. Also manager and staff behaviour too rude. It's too bad expedience in parvati palace Puri.

Worst. Please donot stay or book the hotel. Really unhygenic.

We stay two nights and feel familiar environment

Bed are very small. There was a thin blanket not good for 2 people. There was no geyser system.

Great hospitality and food. Travel arrangements were done as and when required

I visited to Puri last week, spent huge amount nearly money in order to get this hotel booked. Hotel staff is terrible no one answered the calls. My room was not ready at the time of moving so dirty room, bathroom was so dirty, dirty water coming from the taps. Informed make my trip and hotel staff but no steps have been taken. When we book from MMT, at least MMT should make sure they know well about the hotels before listing, once customer gets in the hotel, neither MMT nor anybody helps, just false promises we will check and update but nothing happens.
