I am not happy with MMT also who booked such kind of hotels. Very much pathetic.

Staff behavior is pathetic, no amenities, and no power backup. Staff is too much arrogant. Very pathetic stay.

Hotel not as described. Located on first floor, no lift. Only access by stairs. Is more of a guest house than a hotel. Bathroom cleanliness is also an issue. Sheets were reasonably clean. No restaurant service in hotel.

Sir, may be its our fault, we didn't provide you all facilities as you was expecting but our Hotel known for cleanness and a family Hotel. And we provides food from outside according to customer's taste and requirements Pardon me but, its just one floor that's why there is no any requirement of lift
