It is a clean, well-built and nicely maintained property. Food is also good. The head-chef, Mr. Pandey, pays a lot of attention to the taste, the menu and the feedback from guests.
Only drawbacks were - 1. The road approaching the hotel is not built properly; and is very uncomfortable. 2. The hotel needs to arrange for a yellow-zone pass if you plan to reach the premises with a big vehicle (e.g. tempo traveller); but they do not inform in advance and you end up paying fine to the policemen at the check-post.
