I had the worst experience staying at this hotel for a night on 18th dec. All the amenities mentioned and pictures are farce. To give some examples. 1. Well groomed staff - only one staff available. He manages reception as well as room calls. 2. No telephone available, i had to go down to the reception to ask for towels, soap which were not in the room. 3. No hot water available, on request they provide you with immersion heater. 4. All the sheets and blanket covers were dirty when i got there, but then it was changed when i complained. 5. Could’nt sleep the entire night because of mosquitoes. 6. Lift is available but its manual and most of the times get stuck. 7.while checking out at 6 am, i had to wake up the attendant to give the keys. 8. No food is available, one has to go out or has to depend on food delivery app. 9. Wifi password provided didn’t work
the only plus point is the location, only 2 kms away from airport. I stayed in room 202 for a night on 18th dc on a business trip. Didn’t feel the energy to click any photos, the experience was so bad.
