Fantastic hotel! the amenities were great. Great place to stay.

Sir, no drinking water, tea us available there. Every time we have to pay for water bottle. No lift facility is there.

The hotel was not at all good and as per given in mmt nothing was available. Lift, bathroom toiletries, food and also was far from main town. Just left room and checkin out

The accommodation is average ok, first of all they refused to check you in the hotel because of the price, washroom was not clean, there was no dressing table in the room and AC was also not working properly, staff behaviour good was not 👍.

Terrible. I have stayed across 100+ properties in mumbai but this is the worst one. Firstly this is located in hilly area which is not accessible via public transport. While checkin they denied the checkin by asking extra money (double the money of the booked amount. After wasting of my 1 hour my issue was resolved by makemytrip(they provided the extra money as compliment). Then after checkin there was no lock for the room to lock from outside. I kept my bags at the frontdesk while going outside. After some time my room was shifted to other room where there was no lock for bathroom from inside. Then ac was not at all working properly. There was only very minimal cooling. I got my room in thirdfloor of the building where there is no lift.
