1. Dint agree for check out extension asked us to pay extra for late check out which was supposed to be complimentary as told on make my trip 2. A/C wasn’t working dint and failed to provide a room with AC. 3. No HOT water 4. Room was stinking badly 5. Now towels were provided. 5. Very poor service

i had bad experience while check in and i was enquired like i have stolen something. i was asked multiple ids despite showing adhaar card and even my employer id was asked which is personal.

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights here is my four nights review nice ventilation nice interior it is very good to stay single

The room is Really very Good but the service is not good. Need to improve the service and Property on Main Market all major areas near to the Property.. I am Happy to be staying her

Rude behaviour towards customers no amenities available as shown at the time of booking. When asked about amenities they rudely asked to checkout if not interested

No proper service and maintenance is too bad, they don't have man power.

Poor response from hotel staff and ac is not working. But they are charged for ac room and failed to allocate another room

In that hotel no led was available hot water too not coming and about the lift is mot there in the hotel worst hotel i was seen but room is some good sanitized and looking good
