Room is not clean and smell very bad towel is wet already some use the towel washroom not clean well

I did the booking for ac room. But they gave me non ac room. Also behavior of staff was not good.

My experience with this hotel was terrible that's why I gave 1 in rating. Room was tooo dirty. Hygiene of room was not good. The condition of room was very bad. Bad sheet and blanket were dirty. He also took extra money for staying.

Owner, s behaviour is not good and property location is good but room service is very bad and in washroom there is very bad smell and room is very dirty also the bed, s clothes are dirty
