Please clean the room and main the hygiene.
Room: Saver Double
Location is not clean, how can old age people can go to 2nd floor without lift. 2nd is we said in night that we have complimentary breakfast, that time staff said `yes its included. But in morning they refuse breakfast then i show my booking details after that they will agree. 3rd is wifi is not working after 11 pm.
Very bad stay. Ask to people please see the hotel after visit then pay the payment. Mmt i trust you after a long time for booking of a hotel, but it will distasfied us.

Rude staff
They shift us in another hotel. Then we ask for lunch and dinner then they give us and they don't provide today's brekfast. Rudely behaviour of staff

Surata stay good location
Good good good, all is good location is also good, my work do easily auto cab easily find station is near.

Worst hotel in my life
I gave zero star this hotel. I booked hotel before a week but there is no update in their system. Waiting more than 1 hour. They are not provide breakfast I mentioned already mention in my booking plan. Not regularly of water. When I was taking shower water supply automatically stop. They're charging extra rupees for water bottle. The worst management I ever seen. The staff is not serious about these problems, they are given excuses. I recommend don't book this hotel.
