Terrible Stay
Terrible room. Geyser wasn't working, bed was not cleaned, washroom door's latches were not working . Room was very small. Lift was not working.

The hotel does not look anything like shown in the pictures. The room is terribly small like 4 feet with single bed and ac makes sound like a generator.

Money scam
Hotel will ask you for extra charges during checkin. And if you ask for that bill of extra charges, they will give you the local bill tagged with different hotel stamp. So when u will try to discuss this issue with customer care, they will say, bill is invalid (which is correct according to them) so i'll suggest not to book this hotel.

Cramped room. Early checkin denied. Non ac room offered despite booking ac room. Told ruldely to check out in case ac room was insisted. Soiled linen. Shady interiors. No lift. Rude front desk

Stay was pleasant. Food and service was also good. Above all location of this hotel is very convenient.
Overall safety was good. Room service was nice. I have one suggestion that bedsheets and pillow cover must be washed after every single use.

Food fasility nearest from the hotel everywhere foot item easily find

Not good, poor facilities-
Hotel rooms are small, there is an urgent need for improvement in cleanliness, room service requests rarely listen and upon listening there is no proper action, it is too slow, a lot of improvements are needed, thanks.

It was nice and was my second stay
It is near to railway station at walking distance. There are good Dhabas and restaurants around the place where you can get good food in comfortable price. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is cooperative.
