Review Of Hotel O Rajvanshi Palace

Our team was suffered as property owner regret to take the booking from mmt. Mmt representative has no response only we can do anything in night. My team were sitting at gate in night 12:10am to 2:00am. We were paid for that as demand by property owner. This was the first time we have face this problem with mmt. Now request with mm t to refund our booking amount asap.

So i booked this hotel for business purpose as i had a meeting at one of the companies in i mt manesar. I made the booking for 23-24 jun e and i reached the hotel early morning at 4:30 am on 24 as that was the only bus i could take at night from jaipur. I already, at night on 23 called service to inform that i'll be checking in early morning so that there's is no back on forth and i was anyways going to checkout at 12 pm the same day. Cause i had my meeting from 9am to 11am. Nobody picked the call at the property They did. I reached there in the morning and this person c who was like a staff boy there, shirtless and rude, unbothered that a guest has arrived all the way travelled, simply denied the checkin. He didn't even came out to talk to me and asked me to come in where he was sleeping. He was lying on his bed and didn't even ask me to at least sit at the reception. I had not prebooked my room for this behaviour. Then i was standing there clueless as i was short of time as well and 4:30 4:45 is still dark in the morning. I paid mm t 700 which was the price and this boy was asking for 1000 that too he said he has nothing to do about what i had already paid Then after discussing staff i made the checkin paying 1000 to him apart from 700 that i already paid refunded me full. But this was not it. 12 pm was that check out time which was mentioned but this rudely forced me to check out at 11. Note: smelling room, ac did not work it had a spark, not tea coffee or anything. Worst and last experience of this kind.

It was really bad experience staying at the property and started facing issues as soon as i stepped into the property. 1. Property manager was not allowing us due to low price and online paymnet booking and after arguments she demanded 500 more in advance as 1200 is their min price. It was 6pm and i travel-led for whole day which left me with no choice 2. Ac was not cooling. I asked care taker to change my room and they did but in new room also it was not upto the mark 3. Broken tv 4. Very hard mattress 5. Drawers were dirty(cigarette ashes, wrappers) 6. Bedsheets and pillow were not properly cleaned in nutshell it was a sheer wastage of money
