Review Of Hotel O Rajamahal

It is not a running hotel. It is basically a lodge. Rooms smell. Self making tea facilities are not available. Management not very keen to help the client.

While booking this hotel shown assured from my biz. But while check hotel room id terrible and wash room is too dirty and along with this while check out they dont provide gst invoice at all. Kindly help to provide gst invoice also.

I want a hotel near bankura station. So search in mmt for a hotel near this and i found this hotel.

The description of amenities mentioned in the make my trip page of the hotel are exaggerated. It is an average lodging arrangement at best for a certain level of business travellers. The only advantage is its proximity to bankura railway station which appeals to newcomers reaching the town in the late evening hours.

It was terrible. The toilet in particular was horrible. No hooks to hang clothes in bathroom, the basin was so smałl that it would fit in a toy house. Not very clean, no intercom to get room service, no lift, service, if at all very casual as if the need to be good didn't matter. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Bathrooms weren't that clean at all even though room was good and almost clean with clean sheets and blankets. Dinner was good as well.

Room and bathroom is low standard but water supply is good.

The hotel service and also hotel is pathetic, staff are uncultured including manager, i will never suggest anyone that hotel, i have checked in and with in an hour or two, i left that property because of their behavior, without asking for any refund or cancel the booking, this is disaster experience i have with make my trip, this kind of hotels makes your service pathetic.

calm place to stay. friendly staff and nice hospitality. well behaved house keepers. quality food. limited cuisine and they only serve dinner.. must have the provision for lunch.

Room & bathrooms were clean, cieling fan, tv, ac, geyser available. Its close to bankura station & surrounding environment is calm. Only problem is you have to buy water bottles by paying way too high price as there is no other option for drinking water. For tea, dinner/lunch you have to pay additional money. Most annoying is vegetables and rice not available in the hotel at night inspite of being situated in a bengali state.

Room not cleaned properly before handing over room keys. No proper safety standards, staff members don't wear mask while interacting. No proper hospitality.

As of the staying. Hotel rooms were cleaned. But need to focus on staff hygiene. Some of them even not wearing a mask. Sneezing. Rest all good.

No safety checks. Very bad expeience

Fooding facility are not available but near market place all things are available, best thing is the nearest railway Station.

Rooms are small, no amenities except ac geyser no room service, no restaurant, averaging hygiene and cleanliness.

To celebrate new year 2020 I booked two days stay in Rajmohal at Bankura. But I was very unhappy after reaching at hotel. Hotel was not cleaned. No arrangement for food. Toilets are horrible total black spot in ewc for five have to walk 7 minutes. In a very narrow busy road. Requesting MMT to take care for flooding arrangement and cleanness of hotel and specialty for toilets.
