1. We were denied check-in mentioning that our confirmation details were not matching as they want confirmation from Oyo only. 2. Then, I talked to customer care and they took up the matter and talked to them, and then they agreed but informed us that no room is available for check-in.
3. again, we had to talk to person, and he took up the matter and then they provided us with the uncleaned and used room where staff's used belongings were lying and they refused to take it from there. 4. Once again, the MMT team came to rescue and helped with the check-in and cleaning of rooms. it was Terrible experience. I was with my senior citizen parents and they were denied to check-in and we waited for check-in for more than an hour. They even denied to use restroom to my senior citizen parents untill their "so called" confirmation. highly, unprofessional staff and even the property owner was rude and unsupportive. I wish I could give minus ratings to this property. My suggestion is that never ever book any property that has OYO flagship. Plus point, MMT team. Kudos to their efforts and immediate solution. I ll never ever book this property again but. I will definitely use MMT only for any bookings.
