I booked from for my father but he didn't stayed there even i called to hotel for cancellation but no response

The place was not clean. Room was not ready; when we arrived. No one was there to talk - who showed any interest in serving guests. We got room 30 minutes after we arrive. Towels are provided 30 minutes after we got rooms. Only 1 towel was provided for 3 guests. Room was not clean. Filled with mosquitos.

Bed linens were dirty. Bathroom was very dirty. Caretaker was asking to vacate within one day to some other room. Not a good place to stay if you have some other option.

They never cleaned the hotel and the staff was very rude and always intoxicated, the condition of room was very bad and was totally opposite from what they show in photos & on my checkout day i asked if they can help me to book cab or auto, they asked me for 300 rs just to drop 2 km, i had to struggle in morning to find out the auto and he dropped me for 150rs. I would also like to mention they didn't even asked me for linens, water, soaps and hot water which is very small expectations when you stay at a place and for a very good price. Very disappointed with this hotel.

They given only one small room for 5 members another room we booked they give for others i paid for 2 rooms

The location seems to be a problem as i had to locate it. It was way off from the provided location. Moreover, there was no contact details for the stay. Make my trip should take this into consideration on urgent basis
