Cheating was done, no room was provided, after two months advance booking, kindly refund our deposit money at the earliest

Check in issue, no staff there, waited for 30 minutes. One. House keeping staff looks entirely, all activities. Poor hygiene. No linen given for 3rd pax. No house keeping upto mark. It's ok for couple staying for short period, 2 hours. Very poor experience.
