Review Of Hotel O GOLDEN STAY INN

I was trying to call helpline but not able to reach out. Above hotel doesn't have indicated amenities and rooms are not at all having any fresh air

Everything is bad about this property. Noone please please don't go there. Mm t disconnect urself immediately with this property. Toilet door not closing no water in taps, washbasin. Their water pump out of order. Car upto their hotel, very very difficult to take. Very narrow passage. No person to assist luggage transfer. U hv to carry yr all luggage in yr room. No water. Ac remote not working. Only on off switch.

Overall the property was clean with very basic amenities and stay was comfortable. However there could be some areas of improvement. Firstly, it was difficult to find the location of the property. The location as per google maps is different from the actual location which resulted in added difficultyin locating the property. It took us more than an hour and ultimately could locate as some local person could identify the building. There is no sign board available which should ideally be at the lane / main road crossing. The room, in my opinion, was grossly overpriced, probably due to high demand owing to vita admissions. The staff were very helpful. The bed linen appeared yo be old and water was not complimentary (was charged.

Firstly we reached at this hotel then hotel staff deny booking and i have no room but i show the booking and we made payment also then after they provide non ac room and after that next day provided ac room so very bad experience

The location is very bad. Taxi can't go to this place. Infra was minimal. No one to help you out. No water even for drinking. Horrible experience. No light backup.

The biggest advantage that this property is located in front of vita college rooms were ok good service

Location good. Tv is there, but no see, no food, no tea, nor any other amenities & services are available.
