i satyed in crown residency faridabad , i did not liked the room ,the room service was very very low , it was smelling like fungus , washroom taps were not working ,room was full of fungus , when i entered the room it smelled very very bad 😞 ,i did not liked the stay at all ,they even not cleaned the room next day , no staf was there to look after it was horrible staying there .😕

Room service not good room are very dirty they charged 200 rs more to be in hotel very bad staff they are using bad languages

बहुत ज्यादा गंदगी में रहना पड़ा मजबूरी ये थी के लेट हो चुके थे और थके हुए थे ।पर सफाई के मामले में बिलकुल ही खराब हालत थी । और जब हमने कहा के थोड़ा और साफ सुथरा कमरा दे दें तो हमसे साफ कमरा देने के बदले में 450 रुपए और ले लिए ।

Very dirty and foul smell in pillow, blanket. Towel and soup is not provided even after asking above said they will not responded

Hotel owner asked for extra money. Terrible and very unprofessional experience

The rooms that are shown in the pictures are different from the room that they provide. They took 300 rs extra on top of the amount paid. The room was filled with cockroaches and baby cockroaches. Couldn't sleep at night because of that as they would keep coming on the pillows.

Bed was smelling, no towels for bath. There were telling me there no loundry today. N charged me 200 rupees extra. So experience was very bad. Whole room was smelling. I never suggest anybody.

Maine bhut suffer kaya hotel wala jyada paise mang rha tha booking ke baad bhi ise vjah se humane hotel ke bhar 5 ghante tk wait kaya checkin nhi krne diya hotel ne v oh 1000 rs aur pay krne ke lye bol rha tha

Worst property. Demands extra charges on check in. Hotel staff missuse the tourist compulsion. Beware of these type of hotel property. I personally request to the service provider companies to bucout this property from their list

Sorry to say but it was very unfrofessional, i was charged 300 rs extra at the time of check in ispite of all full payment made in advance. He stated that hotel is not merged with make my trip so he is not aware of the booking amount. Make my trip always do such things, this is the 5th time i am facing such things.

Ye hotel nahi r*di baazi karne ka place hai. Ink o chahiye vo customer jo sirf 2 3 hours rukey and jaye. Make my trip se kabhi book mat karna. Extra poise maang lete hai warna booking cancel kar denge muh pe. Stay away from this hotel.
