businessI was supposed to check in at 12 pm, but when i tried to call the hotel for directions, there was no proper response. It seemed like very unprofessional behavior. Somehow, i managed to find the hotel and reached there at 2 pm. At the reception, a boy approximately 15-16 years old informed me that the room was not available and still occupied, and i needed to wait for 30 minutes. I questioned why i should wait when i had already informed them in advance about my late check-in. The boy rudely replied, "ok, we will not give you a room, do whatever you want to do" this was not the way to talk to guests. He was very rude and the service was utterly nonsensical. To top it off, the bathroom was very dirty. Overall, this hotel is not recommended.
