Review Of HOTEL O BONJOUR .INN NEAR CROWN PLAZA

The atmosphere was nice for solo travelers. I felt at ease during my stay. Wonderful stay. Loved it!

I valued the peaceful surroundings that allowed me to rest deeply and enjoy my own company. Highly recommended!

Though i had a confirmed booking, the hotel person didn't respond on the phone or in person when i reached the hotel entrance at night around 2am. I tried knocking the shutter gate which was locked from inside and even tried calling the phone number for an hour. But nobody cared to respond. Finally i luckily got a stay arrangement at nearby another hotel. Even further when i approached in the morning at hotel o bonjour reception, they denied for room allocation by saying that they don't have a booking with my name and mentioned that they have already informed makemy trip that they are not accepting any bookings from them from 25th november onward s

Rooms and stay were not enough to prove value for money. The room was very dirty and smelling very badly. I don't prefer anyone to stay. Thank you!

“Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness and bad attitude The room was dirty and everything looked old and we soon found animal droppings in the AC unit. This establishment is disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to trade as a hotel. PLEASE do not stay here for the following reasons: – The owner threatened us and said that he would take money from our accounts if we wrote a bad review. Lets just see if he’s true to his word… – The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them – Our room smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn’t work – There was no hot water and the bath taps fell off – Oh, and I caught impetigo which for those of you that don’t know is a bacterial infection caused by poor hygiene.
