Review Of Hotel O A P Residency

It was bad experience. They have charged extra rs. 300- after booking amount & refuse for reciept. Staff behaviour was very bad.

Pathetic experience. Even after booking with full payment the hotel denied to let me stay in a room and asked me to stay in another hotel which I was told is their another branch, after going there I was asked to pay extra ₹900. I had to pay the extra amount because I had to take an exam the next day and the hotel had already wasted a few hours to assign a room to me. Never going to book again. Very unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staff.

I had booked this hotel through makemytrip and amount paid also. After reaching their the hotel management asking extra money which i denied then they threatened to cancel the booking. On further perusal they advice to shift to another location which is about 4-6 km away from this property. The quality of room and bathroom is just like a jhuggi jhopri type. When we put this issue to mamaement they once again threatened to cancel the booking duly quoting that they have right to do so. My suggestions

Staff was good but helpless to provide good services due to extremely terrible infrastructure. Extremely dirty floor, corners, bathroom, junked taps, without geyser and water. Bathroom water was leaking, it was so disastrous that i vomited and just wanted to get out of there.

They asked me to pay 500 rupee extra after the whole payment was done The rooms are not in good condition and the location is also not good. Avoid it if you want to stay in good location

They charge extra money. booking not considered as full payment. When we reached hotel they charge rs 250 more

Floors were not cleaned. Washroom was really dirty. No windows and bad smell coming from outside. There's cow shed in front of the hotel.

As i reached the destination the hotel staff clearly said that there are no rooms available there. So i have to leave the hotel without getting entertained. I feel cheated as i already paid for it and not getting any refund till now.

They charges extra for staying and saying no oyo booking accepted under if you want to cancel. the booking then you can cancel but hotel has not refund policy so i have stay there by paying extra 150 rs and the bathroom condition was too bad water coming from celing in bathroom overall very bad experiance

Poor quality room. Worst cleaness. Taken 200 extra then allowed to check-in.

Asked for extra money and said they don't receive booking money so paisa 100rs extra

Worst:location, staff, room, washroom, broken camode, dripping roof, unclean bouquet, unclean washroom, dirty mat, bad smell, felt like a khandar. Provide tap filled water in unsealed bottle and claim it to be packaged drinking water. When you reach there they ask for extra money rs. 1000 per person and the room they provide is not even 300 rs. Worth. Had to stay becoz i had exam next day.

They asked for more money

There was hair and marks on pillows and there was more hair on the floor the bathroom was dirty

It's inside a village near sec62 market. There is no food. If order is placed, food will be delivered from nearby restaurants. Very unhygienic condition, water drips and leakages in toilets.

Charges extra payment at the time of entry

Checking was denied as they demanded more money. Makemytrip also never compensated for the rs 1300 promised to me as extra refund due to the 3 hrs real i had to face

I had a worst staying experience in with OYO, the rooms were very stinking/bad smelly, the staffs were very rude and misbehaving, the TV was not operating and the AC did not work properly also, i have been charged extra. Won't ever book any hotel with OYO.
