I have been charged with breakfast and dinner and upon complaint to MMT contact center there was no call back and resolution , paid 1480 INR extra poor service of MMT and Hotel I have been charged with breakfast and Dinner both wheras they were added in my booking

Food and service are decent. Bedsheets and towels need to be changed . Both were worn and even torn. Overall experience was decent

I am staying here for 05 days. It is near about metro station and if I talk about hotel it's locality is very nice because huge and prestigious market which having lots of things available in this market . It's food facility is normal and yummy like home . Every staff having good skills and they are very professional. Thanks.

Decent location on main road, market nearby- that's the only positive. Substandard hotel with wrong pictures on MMT , very small rooms, bf served in rooms only after 9 am.

Checked-in and stayed here for a total of 4 hours. The AC was not working. When I complained they offer to switch the room, the room had glass doors. changed again but this time the smell of smoke was very pungent. Decided to book a hotel again. No help from fabExpress or MMT to address the experience and refund !

the rooms were not very clean. the walls had marks, the corners weren't clean. service was avg. I asked for water bottle twice, they didn't bring it. towel didn't get replaced. while I was checking out, they asked for some otp so they could give themselves 5 star rating. honestly, below avg hotel and avg service. doesn't deserve such high ratings.
