property is located in center of city, Good room , good service, good parking space

Only location is good but rest other not up to mark even facilities are very limited but charged on higher side

Overall good experience in tha hotel and best part is located near the railway station and bus stand

The owner is very supportive and the staff are well behaved. We liked overall cleanliness and hygiene.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel right from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was extremely rude and clearly had no idea how to welcome a guest. I had made an booking, but when I informed her, she checked the register and bluntly said, "There’s no booking under your name, you can leave." I had to insist multiple times that I had a confirmed reservation , but she kept denying it. It took nearly 20 minutes to convince her. Only then did she hand me an offline form and said, “If you’ve booked you need to fill this out.” The entire check-in process was frustrating and unprofessional. As for the restaurant service—don’t expect to get anything after 12 PM. The cook's shift ends at noon, so you’re expected to finish your lunch before that. After that, there’s no food service at all. If you bring food from outside, be prepared to be questioned like a suspect. They call you and interrogate you about what food you brought and from where. It’s a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. What’s worse is their discriminatory attitude towards food preferences. They’ve plastered posters all over the restaurant saying “Non-veg strictly not allowed.” This level of food policing and judgmental behavior is unacceptable. Their service is poor, and their attitude is highly discriminatory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a fantastic hotel, i always stay in this hotel whenever i come to betul, it's neat, clean and hygienic.

Rooms are very hygienic and it offers a very good value for money.

Bathroom and Room Hygiene is not satisfactorily. Toiletries, Mineral Water, Newspaper, Dental Kit are not provided.

Stay at hotel was ok. Hotel did not provide toiletries. Charges for water. Restaurant was not at hotel.
