no acs working no resolving despite repeated complaints. no toiletry products i.e towels soaps .

location: very easy to reach and locate food : didn't tried amenities: good, cleaned service: good and polite

Stay Experience was below average. Only good thing was that the room was clean. Apart from that nothing more to offer. No soap / shampoo kept. No Towel kept. TV wasnt working. Night Lamp wasnt working. Bathroom WC wasnt well kept. Bed sheet was torn. Lastly the room was very small. For solo or business travellers its still below par but I managed. Not recommended for family travels.

The overall experience was good. The room was nice and clean. Location is convenient to plan your travel arround Alibaug.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Nirvana. The facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I loved the experience and vibes at hotel nirvana. The staff is very caring and hospitable. They go out of their way to give you a good memory of alibaug. The rooms are decent and the food is great too. The best part is it is centrally located to the best restaurants and beaches. Is this okay?

Hotel is average. It's a little (about 1. 5 km) away from alibag sea beach. I have booked four rooms. Size of the two rooms were average but the size of the other two rooms were small for couples having kids. They don't provide food. However the tea that was served was very tasty. Rest is ok.

First time we got excellent service. Really appreciated the all staff they give us best service. Cleaning was perfect at the room. Ac temperature was awesome.

Location is good. Other than that no amenities to be mentioned. No kettle, no pool, no food available. Charges included breakfast but provides only one dish per person from outside. No lift available. Overall not good as compared to tariff charged and other peer hotels.

They take full amount from us for breakfast but give us very bad breakfast. They charge us the same payment as pune and mumbai but that service is not available here. I keep the room clean. Boys below 18 years of age are kept here. There are a lot of mosquitoes here.

No amenities. No food service except complementary. Light cut all night ...AC affected in summer. Rooms were decent though but hotel had nothing to offer else.

Very terrible stay. Hotel looks like ghost house. No proper cleaning. Bathroom leakage. No arrangement of food. Totally waste of money and time.

Property is located close to alibag bus stand and good place to travel nearby locations. It is clean and staff is helpful. Since there is no elevator, if you are going with elders book lower level rooms. You can walk towards alibag bus stand in 5 minutes and have good restaurants for veg and non veg food.

Whole night full of mosquito around the bed no proper bath soap, shampoo or any cream taking high amount and facilities are very minimal levels. It was horrible.
