Dear Surjeet Sir,
I am truly sorry that during your stay:
1)You received no clear communication about breakfast (when, how, or where).
2)You were told that room cleaning depends on your presence.
3)You felt that reporting room issues was your responsibility, not ours.
This is entirely our fault. I take full responsibility for these lapses and understand the frustration you experienced.
We’ve already taken immediate steps to correct these failures:
1)Clarified breakfast service procedures with both reception and housekeeping.
2)Reinforced staff training on guest communication and room service policies.
3)Introduced routine checks to ensure no guest is left managing service requests.
Please know this will never happen again. Your feedback prompted these changes, and we are committed to providing a dignified, worry-free stay going forward.
Warm regards,
Divya Singh
Manager, Nimantrana Hotel.
