Review Of hotel new durga lodging

Room was not clean. Property was not good at all. Lot of noise. Washroom was not clean. Breakfast was not available. Bed was dirty

I stayed at hotel new durga lodging, paithan. Two ac rooms were booked through you from 21st to 26th july 2023. If i had booked these rooms directly, i would have got rs 1000 per room per day. And you said i had saved rs. 4000 after booking with you, which was so disgusting. Also, regarding this hotel, i had booked this hotel by looking at earlier people's reviews. Realized after actually staying there that these reviews were bogus because. 1) there was a telephone in the rooms, but it had no wire, and it was not connected anywhere so it was just a antique piece. 2) the same was the case with television. It had a set top box but it was also wireless and obviously not working. 3) the room was not clean. All over the place, there was dust and dust. The workers there were only doing the work of mopping with wet cloths. 4) the hotel was boarded as free wifi but never had connectivity during these six days. 5) there was a very bad smell due to open sewage flowing in the road right at the entrance of the hotel compound.

Stayed for a night for few hours sleep. Room was ok, bathroom needs improvement (drain choked. The guy a reception was polite.

Staff was not aware of anything it was not his fault he was very naive, infrastructure was not good, services were poor.Didn't get the breakfast facilities i have booked from MakeMyTrip.

The location was convenient for my purpose of visit. The area of the hotel is abit noisy. The staff behavior of the hotel is average only one person was there to manage the whole thing. The room was average but the blankets are dirty. They didn't provide any water bottle. The washroom was average. The hotel is safe and secured. The property is not value for money.

Stray pigs flocking at the entrance. Complementary breakfast served wrapped in newspaper. What else to say?
