Location, amenities is good and comfortable room with balcony food is very good it was great package from n hi team

All services are excellent i enjoy too much with services and also meal and staff

View was good from hotel balcony. Staff was quick and responsive. Corridor was full of foul smell all guest were complaining. Bathrooms were otherwise clean with hot water. Hotel food preparation is not very good. I have tried breakfast and dinner. Menu is restricted in the morning and pretty average taste. Tea was served in the room itself and not bad. It was with less milk but we in haryana like tea with more of milk. I ordered without sugar and added myself. Which worked well. Pranthaas are 3 out of five because they were not crispy always. Hotel staff was quick and responsive. In room there was patch of fungus on roof which may prove troublesome to asthmatics. Furniture was in good shape. TV was working well. It needs lift to go 3rd floor which was not there, older people may find it difficult to go upstairs. Towels were not good which were changed with good ones in my insistence. WiFi was working very well. Crux of the story is one may survive comfortably with amenities provided here. I would like to thank all the staff who served me during my stay with family. It is 4 km from Mall Road. I stayed there two days, they donÂ’t have power backup so, I stayed their in darkness around 18 hrs and room service is also very bad. Even they never cleaned my room. Overcharged on fooding and made wrong entry also. So, totally it was very bad experience.

Value for money. Just services are not good and location is good but located at 2.5-3km from main market/Mall. So think again if you donÂ’t have your own vehicle.

Food quality to improve at reasonable price.

Our experience for the hotel was really bad, rooms were terrible on the third floor where the front portion was still under construction, services were really poor, food ordered took about an hour and the excuse was that 'these are rush hours'. Room cleaning staff didnÂ’t arrive till late evening in spite of being called since morning. I wonÂ’t recommend anybody for this hotel.

Room was full of dirty smell and wash room is such like a hell... At this price you can find a good hotel without the help of MMT. Hotel doesn't even have a landline number... Towels was like a full of starch.

Rooms was OK. Location was nice. Facility is also fine. Hotel needs to work more on cleanliness. Hotel staff need to assist in booking of local sightseeing and inform guest about various place of visit. Otherwise everything was fine.
