The AC is not working, the room is very small, the pool is not working, and the room service is very bad, it's looking like 1000rs Room , no dental kit, not received any sampoo

Need improvement how to greet the customer . Deluxe room to be much improvement . Friendly access with vehicle movement reception to room .

I had a great stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to access. The food was tasty and well-prepared, with good variety. Facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was helpful throughout. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

it is good hotel with nice amenities at a very good price. Nearest location from ISBT bus stand. value for money.

please dont ever book in this hotel. even full paid booking, after reaching hotel they told they have no room left. after that they misbehaved on us. they said we dont know. as it was night time check in they gave us their service room to adjust, however I have booked 3 room. they dont even want to listen. it was so terrible. even at the station, the auto drivers were also told that, this NAYYAR hotel is not for family stay. please dont even try to book in this hotel. you can check my review if you go to this hotel. even after full prepaid booking, they misbehaved on us, we were 6 people family at that night. it was horrible.

Property location was good Food was good Amenities and services absolutely not upto the mark - we were 6 pax (4 adult + 2 children). Booked one 4 bedded room and and double bedded room but upon arrival we were told the 4 bedded room is Full instead, they gave us 2 double bedded room and upon pressurizing the gave a 3rd room and the night was spent like this. Next day late night when we came back to hotel they said we will get a 4 bedded room and another 2 bedded room because the previuos day's 3rd room was given to some other guests. We were surprised and Ultimately had to adjust ourselves in 2 double bedded room. That was absolutely crazy hotel booking and stay I have ever done with MMT. Need an intervention on this by MMT and will wait on how MMT will compensate this. I have already replied at MMT feedback area - pls check

very very bad night staff is deny my room booking he said that ur room booking is not in their hotel and very confused..then next day they forced to us extra money for room booking

I booked a room for my parents from friday till monday (3 days). Checkin starts at 12 PM and my parents arrived at night 1:30 AM (on saturday) after travelling 8 hours. They were surprised when hotel staff mentioned that they are not aware about booking. After half hour of rigorous discussion they allotted a room and parents went to sleep. All of a sudden got a call after 1 hour at 3 AM and hotel staff forced to leave the room as they could see any booking and they also mentioned that there are no empty rooms. Again after some discussion they were forcing to empty the room. But finally my parents stayed up bold and didn’t followed up on what hotel staff was mentioning and went to sleep. Now when i tried connecting them in the morning 10 AM, other than direct bookings. Finally they agreed with the bookings as all of a sudden they got everything sorted and started giving excuses that it was night staff who was unaware etc etc. Also when we went to sleep all of a sudden we saw a lot of ants roaming around on Bed and when we asked hotel staff to have a look and replace the bedsheets, to my surprise they do not have bedsheets and towels which they arranged from somewhere and it took around 2 hours to do so. We need to help them to get the bedsheets on the bed as they were also short on hotel staff.

We had booked 3 family rooms of 350 sqft for 7 pax but we were given only 2 in that category . Other normal category was shown of 140 sqft room which we refused and though paid fir 3 rooms, we had to settle for 2 without any refund

my booking In nayyar regency. once i reach at hotel they mentioned there is no room available at moment an we forgot to close booking. they transfer to their another hotel around 200 meter away. which room was not clean. dust every where left over there in cupboard. no hanger for clothes. basic things provide after call. water tank empty. room telephone not working. mattress in very bad shape. .

My stay was comfortable, and the rooms were cozy. The food was good, but there was an issue with the shower not working properly. Apart from that, everything else was great.
