Property location is excellent. Room size is very small Food was not served in the room Even tea was not allowed to serve in the room. In two night stay, drinking water is served only once 500 ml *2 Rooms look like standard room not deluxe

room is not good the property was not as per rent of the room there is no wifi in the room if we have some work then we have to go to lobby for wifi connection there was a property next to it with better room at half rate

Bed sheets were not clean , pillow cover got stain marks , no tea available before 8'o clock in the morning. Food was terrible specially south Indian dishes.

The room was poorly maintained — dusty, with stained linens and a foul smell. The food served was not only of low quality and there was nothing in breakfast, they even charged us for tea in breakfast. Most of the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, showing little concern for guest comfort.

It’s a very average hotel having bear minimum facilities in the room. Poor upkeep of toilet. Cannot be recommended

Room was completely different from the picture posted nd terrible service , Manager tried to torture us as we were unmarried couple , service was so poor that even they didn’t provide us food in room

Only Positive reason: Very near to the Gate no 1 ( Mahakal Mandir). Negative are many: Poor quality of room Washroom door is broken AC is not working properly. No routine room cleaning ( stayed for 2 nights). Pathetic way of water delivery at door. No windows or ventilation for light, looks like a bunker. Network issue is there when asked , I was told to get downstairs for talking over a mobile! The respected morning front desk person. According to him my driver cannot deliver my bags to my room, instead I should come downstairs from 3rd floor . Evening shift person is a responsible guy with perfect hospitality sense. Food inside hotel is nightmare, Rotis will be served before sabji . Wait for your turn and food goes cold ... . Although you can neglect the negative points and hope that hotel takes a note of these shortcomings. Note: Especially didn't click the photos as they may increase the sourness.

The hotel’s location is convenient; however, the overall facilities are comparable to those of a 2-star property.

I heard lot about this hotel but rooms are very very pathetic..I stayed for only 2 hours but it was difficult to stay there, no proper cleaning, all things broken everything no maintenance at all in the rooms, bed, Tables, lock and bathroom toilet sheet also broken... can't imagine I stayed in this type of hotel after payment of so much... pathetic completely, no water given in room, no room service available, no AC in the restaurant...very very bad experience in life...

This place is completely bed room is not clean bathrooms also same also bad u can’t sleep first time in my life very bad hotel. Even t hay don’t have toeilets paper. This is delex room. I don’t think so. 2. 1
