Terrible Stay

The stay was pathetic. The neighbourhood was disturbing, dirty, open drainage, smelly, water dripping from people's home. There were non veg shops with jin veg smell. Property was inside some small alley. Room was so tiny that you can just stand in room. Bed was stuck to walls, and one bed was entirely stuck into 3 walls. Parking was far and was in some dirty land . Wont recommend any one.

At the time of booking, the property was advertised as being close to the Mahakaleshwar Temple. However, reaching the hotel was extremely difficultāeven our cab driver was unable to locate it easily. Upon arrival, the experience turned out to be very disappointing and highly uncomfortable for me and my family, especially as I am traveling with my five-year-old child. And this so embarrassing that we didnāt even stay their The issues I faced are as follows: Misrepresentation of Rooms: The room allotted to us was completely different from the photographs shown on the MMT website. Unhygienic Conditions: The premises were unclean, smelly, and unhygienic. The drains around the property were open and stinking badly. The first room offered was damp, dusty, and had an unclean bathroom. Unsuitable Alternative Room: Upon my request to change, I was told the hotel was full and that only a room might be available the next day. Later, another room was shown, but it was clumsy, with broken furniture and insufficient space to accommodate three adults and one child. It was simply not livable. Unprofessional Support from Hotel Partner: When I escalated the matter, MMT representatives Nandini and Chetan did not provide proper assistance. Nandini assured me of a confirmation mail (which I never received), while Chetan rudely stated that nothing could be done since the property partner denied my claims..

very bad service and rooms

It was a very bad experience. The rooms are extremely small, the washrooms are also very tiny, and the staff is dishonest. At first, they agreed to allow a late checkout of 2 hours, but then suddenly said they would charge an extra. When I refused to pay, they immediately asked us to check out. We had to get ready and check out within 20 minutes. I had a very disappointing experience at this property.
