everything was good about the hotel Namlau,Namsai...like staff behaviour, room service, food, cleanliness etc etc..

The hotel is quite neat and clean, the staff are very responsive, i ordered food from the restaurant and the food was very well cooked, overall a very good hotel, thinking of visiting next time

Not upto mark. Room maintenance was not that good and WiFi is free but very slow. And there was no tissues in the washroom

Room booked was a suite room, toilet stinking a lot, one of the tv set not replaced after complaining also. Lastly the last day breakfast was pathetic and the breakfast area was shifted, discrimination done.

Hotel is only one year old. Well equipped and well maintained. Food was also nice. The behaviour and services of the stuff were very good.

First of all the pros: cleanliness & housekeeping: the rooms & bathrooms incl the supplied linen were all very clean & fresh. Adequate parking space for around 20 cars. Staff behaviour: here is where the hotel shines. All the staff from the door-man through the receptionist to the gm were very polite & responsive. In this regard a huge shout-out to mr prosenjit sinha, the gm who left no stones unturned to ensure that we has a comfortable stay. Now a few pts of improvement. This hotel is not for foodies. Being a foodie myself, i was somewhat disappointed with the quantity delivered by room-servi e for dinner. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was woefully inadequate. However all things considered, i would give a ranking of 8 out of 10 mainly due to the excellent hospitality of mr sinha.

Room is good. Food quality needs to be improved. Spacious rooms with good amenities. And bathroom fittings

Location, food quality, amenities and stay was excellent 👌. me and my family enjoyed the stay a lot. only lag was room service is slow during weekends due huge rush of tourists at restaurant for dinner.

Peaceful location. Very easy to reach. Well maintained property. Neat and clean and spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Food quality is good. Bf option was limited, maybe due to less number of guests.

Service was average….restaurant have very limited items…staff behaviour was good…there is no watch in the rooms
