We have mentioned higher floor. They not cared. When we want extra pay with deluxe, for cattle due to winter time. It is also on same floor that is basement. One thing positive that have given cattle given on request which positvie. But statement for higher floor was mismatch for lower standard and above floor for deluxe. No

Very 3rd class hotel
familyWe stay there for only one night. It's a terrible hotel at a this price. No hygiene. No toiletries no towel. Only bed and hot water for shower available. I dont not hap such hotel from mmt. Even i was not interested to take puc of the hotel. Very service provided. I will give zero out of 5. We asked for towel manager told we can not give as it was raining for 2 days. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Location was very good, dinning area which they called “rasoi” was with excellent view. Kitchen needs to be more hygiene and so is the bathroom

I had been traveling from delhi to auli without any halt and it was around 15 hrs of drive. But i would specially praise the courtesy of the hotel management they they called me while i was on the way and enquired about the status of my arrival and we're in regular contact till i reached karanprayag. I reached joshimath at 2:00 am and still the service of the staff was admirable. The check in and check out timming: u are going to love it. The arrangement for breakfast and specially the serving style and taste was excellent. Overall it was fantastic
The safety standards were taken care of as the hotel was very neat and clean.

Terrible hotel
Rooms were in basement, lot of road nuisance, hotel staff was rude, unattended desks.

Prime location
groupThe property was at the prime location in Joshimath. Just a 5 minute walk to the Auli Ropeway.

Not value for money. Hotel staff not courteous.
familyFirst parking is limited and not organized. Secondly. No heaters or blowers. Even after booking deluxe room we were charged extra for one heater which was also not much effective. Worst part. Hotel staff not courteous and was very rude. Dental kit which was specifically mentioned was not provided and on asking for the same. Staff said we don't provide it. And then after arguing with them a lot. They finally provided it but were very rude.
