Hotel Bhagat

Very convenient to park my car and in close proximity to the Helipad. The food was excellent with very polite and courteous staff. Would love to stay here again

Not a pleasant stay. The rooms weren’t clean, and at times there was no electricity — so getting ready in the dark and taking cold showers became routine. There were no proper breakfast options either; you're mostly left to manage on your own. To make things worse, the staff was quite rude and unhelpful throughout. Definitely not the kind of hospitality one would expect.

Good thing about this hotel is that it is situated on Badrinath highway adjacent to Hemkund saheb helipad. Room is OK. Staff is cooperative. Standard room has no TV inside the room (inspite of being mentioned about its availability on Make My Trip). The Wifi in hotel doesn't work most of the time. The restaurant attached to hotel is very costly. There is no good restaurant available nearby.There is no hot water kettle inside room. Jio and BSNL network is very poor in this area. So If anyone is happy to live without TV and internet, this hotel is very good for them

The owner is quite friendly. the location is great as it right next to Gurdwara Sahib and helipad for Hemkund Sahib yatra (takes upto Gangharia). But, the room was small and room service was not very good. the breakfast was served late and didn't have much items and only a limited quantity of even those items were there in the breakfast.

As per property rules drinking water and breakfast were added but not proper breakfast was provided. Tap drinking water was provided which caused loose motion.

My stay at Hotel Bhagat was good. Rooms are clean, excellent location, adjacent to helipad. Hotel restaurant is alright serving mostly indian dishes. Overall experience is good and recommend anytime.

The room was very clean, the staff was also very good, the cleanliness was also very good, the view from the room was very soothing to the eyes

hotel bhagat exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. from our room, we had a clear view of the helipad, where the chopper ferries passengers to and from ghangria—a unique touch to our stay. the staff were professional and courteous, making us feel welcome. we were also upgraded to a deluxe room, which included complimentary breakfast. the hotel’s location is ideal, with the gurudwara and taxi stand nearby, making it easy to travel and find food. overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The best thing about the property is location - especially if one is traveling to Hemkund Sahib and looking to catch a Helicopter ride till Ghangaria. The Helipad is right next to this hotel. Coming to the rooms, since I was on solo-trip, I did a last minute reservation and managed to get a standard room. The room had bad ventilation and with no AC, it was a slightly difficult overnight stay. Fortunately the weather is not too hot here so it was manageable. The bathroom however was the positive thing. The bathroom was clean and geyser provided good hot water. The cafe served really nice food. The owner as well as the staff were very friendly and supportive. If you're traveling with family, I would recommend going for premium rooms instead of standard one.

Hotel Bhagat is situated at a convenient place which is near gurudwara. The facilities and ambience are excellent, food is good, rooms are clean, etc. Added advantage is presence of helipad, which just adjacent to the hotel.

It was really good. Superb experience. Owner of hotel was very helpful. Helipad to travel to Govind Dham was much in premises of this hotel.

As promised, it was a deluxe room which was shown on the site. However, upon arrival, we were allotted a claustrophobic room which was so much suffocating that we had to keep the washroom window and door open for the basic ventilation. Furthermore, our driver was harassed by the hotel staff and the police. Forget the basic amenities like washroom acces, he wasn't even allowed to park the car outside the hotel too. Ultimately during night time, he parked it at a remote area wherein, he risked his life for our safe return.

The place is clean with good rooms and good views that too in a place which does offer many good options. After staying in the dirty places of ghangaria, this place felt like heaven. The food was average but decent. Staff was friendly. The place does not have wifi but has coverage for airtel. The owner is amazing person and we had a good chat with him about the conditions of the vof and hemkund sahib treks.

The food in restaurant was not of good quality but prices were high. There was high.

I will talk about both good and badgood - clean room, clean toilet, view is beautiful. Bad - 1. Too overpriced. 2. The helipad is right beside this hotel and the helicopter leaves for and comes back from hemkund sahib every 10 minutes from morning 6 to evening 6. And it makes a very loud and disturbing noise. So if u want to rest, then this place is not for you. Trust me the helicopter engine noise is too much. U will get a headache. I got one. 3. Service is pretty average. Didn't even bring food in my room. There is good gmvn hotel nearby in pandukeshwar. It's a good and cheaper alternative.

Comfort and amenities within expectations. Helpful staff and a reasonably good restaurant. Helicopter booking counter and helipad directly below the hotel makes it a no-brainier for tourists looking for a hassle-free trip uphill for ghangaria. However, a word of warning - traffic on the highway just outside the hotel is active till late into the night. And since you pretty much are done with dinner early in the evening, you’ll be left tossing in your bed if you’re in the highway facing rooms. Also, the hotel itself is very poorly sound insulated, so even late-to-bed tourists will keep you up with their banter. To summarise - good location, could do with better sound-proofing.
