It’s was clean, pleasant and proper attended. They even helped me late night for hot water and other requirement

They have alloted me room in which AC is not colling TV is not working. Towel was absent in room. I have raised my issues to receptionist but instead of solving the issues, he was trying to convince me to adjust with the issues. issues was resolved after intervention of MMT executive. thanks MMT to resolve my issue.

ONLY ROOM , NO FOOD FACILITY. EVEN NO TEA COFFEE. HOW GUESTS STAY. MORNING BREAKFAST THEY GAVE ROADSIDE PURI SABJI AND TOLD PROVIDED FOOD..VERY WORST..MAKE MYTRIP MUST PROBE THIS

Ambience is very good. Every staff is very cordial and cooperative. Very quick response at any point of time. Maintain the cleanliness. Food quality average. Thanks a lot.

Uncomfortable stay due to non ac as booking was ac. I am not well during stay. I have check out. Block mayur hotel. Refund my money

Hotel staff is very rude. their is no facility for food lunch dinner breakfast. i have booked room for 2 person but he allowed only 1 people in 1 room and charges for another person is 2200 extra per day. this hotel no cleaning no drinking water facility ac not working properly rating for cleanliness and behaviour of staff from my side is 0 or minus. I don’t have any image thank u.

it has been a very happy experience. the hotel staff helped in all aspects from getting food for us to arrange parking for our car. also the location of the hotel is very convenient. room was comfortable and bathroom was clean. highly recommend 😊

Very bad hotel mayur kishangunj

Charged 2150 and gave non ac room. Room was not so good according to price. Wall were dirty. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone. Don't waste money in it. No ac

Mr. Prince at front desk was really helpful with nice behaviour. Other staffs were also very nice. Nice & memorable stay. Vishal megamart is adjacent. Car parking available. Only thing to mention is. At price of rs 1700- we got executive room but "non-ac. Why "non-ac" at this price ?. Mm t or management should look on this. Rest very nice hotel & sweet staffs.
