Service was ok ! ac is not working properly ! staff was nice. Rooms are good. It's the only hotel in sumerpur which is i found good

It was bad located area and dirty bathroom. I booked for 2 days but only stays for 1 day. I want 1 day fees refund because it was very bad experience and charged more but but swimingpool was working. I paid more fees for. They should mention that.

Customer relationships is not proper

Location is good which is at centre of Sumerpur. Food quality is good but seating area (restaurant) was poorly managed. Service is okay not too high but average. I think for price they are charging they have to work on their service and cleanliness.

Cleanliness was a major issue. No sufficient staff. Basically left on our own. Too overpriced for they provide.

Location is far away from Pali. Room was good. But food not up to the expectations. Room service just okay. But what more you can expect at such a cheap price. Only good hotel in its nearby location
