Room was Shabby, Door locks were not working properly, had to change the room. Bathroom was horrible. The only good thing was Food

Room was never neat and i felt i was staying in a haunted house, and the smell that was not really well, i also think staff should improve customer privacy and communication more, thanks

Stay was excellent room was well maintained very cordial staff had complimentary breakfast which was good.

The hotel is located centrally and is easily accessible. The services are prompt be it valet or front desk or food service. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities, clean and tidy.

The stay was pleasant, hospitality was good, washroom flush was not working, the quality of the toiletries, need to be enhanced. Food was awesome

Price of an additional bed cost is high i e rs 500, for on line bookings cost is also high, rather than physical booking, very much unfair from hotel management

Not what you expect for the price in regards to roll comfort. Forgot my apple air-pods in room at checkout. Tried to work with security to get it back but to no avail.

The service is excellent, they sanitized the rooms twice, food was served in the room no dining outside. Service was very quick and the staff were very polite always with a smile. Highly recommend in karimnagar. Located on the main road so easy to navigate.

We stayed for a night. We could not get the room of our choice I. Ea twin bedded room at the time of check-in. We were immediately provided a suit. We rested in the suit till our choice room was provided in the evening. We are very happy for this gesture. Staff concerned are courteous and helpful.

The rooms are not the ones you see in the photo. It's a fluke. We booked for a suit room but they provided a small deluxe room which is cheaper one. When we asked the staff they gold that they don't know it and told to ask MMT. When we asked they told us that the room rent is so less and when we asked them they told that we have paid balance to MMT.
