Review Of Hotel Akshaya

I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. As per my booking profile, I had clearly reserved a Suite Room, expecting premium services and facilities. However, the hotel failed to deliver even the basic standards associated with that room category. At the time of check-in, I was informed that only one suite room was vacant, and surprisingly, it did not have a TV. When I raised the issue, the staff casually responded that this is the only available option. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. A TV is a basic facility that should be part of any Suite Room offering. If the hotel is charging for a Suite, then it must provide all the amenities that come with it. Sadly, this was not the case. What made the stay worse was a serious hygiene issue in the bathroom. During my bath, I noticed rusted iron particles coming out from the tap water. This is extremely unhygienic and clearly indicates that the water storage tank is not cleaned regularly. Such negligence in maintenance is highly dangerous and completely unacceptable, especially for guests who expect clean and safe facilities. The presence of rust in the water not only made it uncomfortable to use but also raised concerns about health and cleanliness. For a hotel offering high-category rooms, these kinds of issues show poor management and a lack of regular upkeep. Overall, this stay was a big letdown. Despite paying for a higher room category, I received substandard service and faced serious cleanliness concerns. The hotel needs to take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the facility management and customer service. I do not recommend this property to anyone looking for quality and reliability in their stay. Until they fix these critical issues, guests are better off considering other options.

Receptionist behavior was rude , bathroom was dirty . Don’t even think to try this lodge .worst experience

rooms were terrible and untidy.when I've asked for better ones they gave little bigger ones with same poor cleanliness charging me extra. I have requested for one day cancelation. I didn't get any communication from make my trip yet regarding refund.

This hotel does not have any person for room services except reception. No clean of birth rooms

It's very far away from market. No restaurent here. Transport facility not available, if you had own vehicle it's good.

Having a nice view of man-air dam. As kitchen not available u have to order the food from outside. No fridge available in suit room. Over all gud experience.

It’s like a guest house wht we paying for it’s it’s not workable thanks to make my trip they had refund my money back

Location is dirty, rooms are bad, so-called cleaned toilets are the dirtiest I checked in & checked out within half an hour. Terrible place

Hygiene is good. One thing i want to suggest is hot water supply needs to be improved. I could get only lukewarm water.

Hotel is near to man-air dam, which is one of the attraction in karimnagar, just 5 minutes drive from hotel, over all good experience.

Location was slightly far from bus stand but convenient as auto to bus stand are easily available.
